Some banks requires that you use you enter a CVC2 verification, this is the 3 digit code found physically printed on the BACK of your credit card, often to the right of the number itself.
Delivery: For your convenience, all of our products and lots can be easily shipped to any destination in the US by one of the freight carriers that we deal with, at a discounted rate.
Policies: Purchasing Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We have a strict "NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS" policy. We sell everything in "AS IS - WHERE IS" condition. All pending sales are available for inspection on site in our warehouse prior to purchasing. We make no claims or guarantees of any items to be in perfect or working condition. Unless stated in writing from our staff, all goods purchased are represented as "Customer Returns, Salvage, Seconds, and Damaged Goods." Any deposits or full payments made will be non-refundable.
Governing Law: Customer understands that for all disputes, with regard to any of Blesa services or any term listed in this policy, the only jurisdiction that shall be used in determining liability is the court situated in Los Angeles, California, United State of America. If Blesa is obligated to go to court, rather than arbitration, to enforce any of its rights, or to collect any fees, you agree to reim Blesa for its legal fees, costs and disbursements if Blesa is successful. You agree that the Courts of the State of California, United State of America (situated in Los Angeles, CA, USA) are the agreed and appropriate forums for any such suit, and consent to service of process by registered mail or overnight courier with proof of delivery.
